Taking time off to recover after a surgery, I really thought I was ready to start back in, “full speed ahead”. Strangely enough, I discovered that my body had different ideas about that!
After about 3 hours on the first day, I was done. Doing a fourth hour took monumental effort. At least by Friday, the four hours of concentration didn’t have me curled up in a fetal position in the darkest corner available! So, after a nice full weekend to ensure that my sleep schedule is back on track, I’ll be back in business!

So what are some things that you do to get into the mindset of getting “back to business”?
