… begins with a single step! Remember today, that you don’t have to get everything done at once. (Even though you may be anxious and wanting everything done yesterday.) If you achieve just one thing today, then you’ve made progress. What’s one thing you can do (and complete) today? That might even be “Begin progress on my task. Research options.” Researching is a task, and it’s an achievable one. Choosing one option from your research could itself be another task. We can overwhelm ourselves looking at a giant goal that we want, and forget that there are a thousand tiny steps we can take in between, in order to get from here to there.
